Moeller Hoops Standout Makes College Choice
Moeller
|
|
It’s official! Moeller hoops standout, Griffin McKenzie, will be heading to Xavier. The 6 foot 9 inch hoops star made his decision official on Wednesday, September 2nd.
Last season in limited action, McKenzie averaged 9.4 points and 3.8 rebounds per game for the Crusaders. He missed 14 games in all last season as a result of a back injury.
Once healthy, McKenzie saw his stock rise thanks to a strong showing on the AAU circuit this past summer.
In the end, he chose Xavier over the likes of Wake Forest, Vanderbilt and Northwestern.
